Who are you and what do you do?
I’m the Managing Director at Flourish Management. I oversee all the logistics and business administration for our Talent and Creative Agency based in London.
We are an influencer and experiential marketing agency enabling brands and influencers to grow and flourish together.
We provide management & support to influencers to help expand their social presence and build their brand identity.
We develop, implement and execute marketing campaigns for brands that enhance their social presence and enable them to reach their target markets.

It means we are a young, dynamic, skilled team of creatives who know how to make your brand stand out on social. We understand millenials and the consumer mind and apply our passions, marketing experience and love of social to create the best campaigns for brands with a strong focus on conversion.
We also provide support, management and take the fuss out of boring admin for influencers, while ensuring we help them hit their ultimate goals.
How did you get started?
I have 9 years experience in Marketing and PR within the fashion, arts, and entertainment industries and in 2017 my business partner and I met at a previous company and found a niche in the market in a rapidly growing industry. I was the Senior Marketing Manager at the time and we established really close relationships with influencers and became their managers.
What sets you apart?
Having worked both in-house and agency side for many years both throughout the UK as well as overseas has given us the advantage of understanding not only the marketing industry but also we are heavily consumer minded and focus on delivering positive ROI for our clients.
What obstacles did you have to overcome?
The biggest obstacle I’ll have to admit is believing in myself. Fear kills dreams faster than failure does and I’ve learned the importance of having confidence in yourself, your idea, and your ability. There will always be people who will doubt you but as long as you believe in yourself you can achieve anything – sounds a bit cheesy, but it’s true!
Do you have any tips for other creators?
See above – lol. I think the biggest tip I have is knowing your industry, know how to sell your idea, believe in yourself and never compare yourself to others.
